Simple trip log for your car

57 kr per month per vehicle. You only pay for the cars — it doesn't matter how many people use the trip log, extra users cost nothing. New accounts get 30 days free and no card is required to get started. All prices are shown excluding moms; 25% Swedish moms is added at checkout.

No. Milbok is entirely manual — you fill in the trip on your phone after driving. Nothing to install in the car, nothing to wait for, no extra hardware cost.

Milbok captures what a digital trip log needs to contain: date, start and end location, distance, purpose, and whether the trip was private or business. Responsibility for the accuracy of that data always rests with you as the user, and Milbok does not provide tax advice — for questions about your tax return, contact Skatteverket or your accountant.

1 credit = 1 krona. You buy a credit package up front and each active vehicle draws its share of 57 kr/month from the balance, day by day. Larger packages come with bonus credits — from 18% at 1,000 kr up to 55% at 8,000 kr. Credits never expire.

Worked example for one vehicle: the 500 kr package gives 500 credits and 3 referred companies that have paid add 900 more — 1400 credits in total. An active vehicle draws 57 kr per month, so the balance lasts roughly 24 months. 500 kr divided by 24 months is about 21 kr per month. Referral credits are a one-off grant: once they are used up the vehicle costs 57 kr/month again — or less, if you buy a larger package with more bonus. All amounts exclude moms (Swedish VAT).

You get a 14-day grace period with a clear warning in the app. Everything keeps working during that time. If the balance isn't topped up the account is frozen — existing trips remain and can still be exported, but no new trips can be added until you buy credits again.

Yes. Under Settings → Accountant you invite them by email. They need to already have an account on the partner portal. A month's records only become visible to the accountant once you have confirmed them yourself.

Under Export you pick a vehicle and a month and download it as PDF or CSV. Export is always per vehicle, in Skatteverket's format. Before you can export, every trip in the period must be confirmed — a deliberate review step before the records leave the system.

Nothing is charged automatically and no card is needed during the trial. Once the 30 days pass you need to buy credits to keep adding trips. If you'd rather not continue, do nothing — the account freezes and you are never billed.

No. Under Vehicles you can pause a vehicle — it is then left out of the daily drawdown and costs nothing while inactive. Its log and all past trips remain and can still be exported. Reactivate it when the car goes back into use and billing resumes.
